Welcome to CamSIF! I’m honoured to be taking on the role of President this year, and would like to thank the previous committee for the work they’ve put into building the fund to where it is today.

Over the past year, we’ve seen strong and consistent growth, with record levels of Analyst applications alongside continued sponsor support. This has raised the standard across the fund, bringing together a group of members who are more capable and engaged than ever. The impact is most visible in pitch quality — tighter theses, more disciplined valuation, and stronger follow-through — which has fed through into consistent portfolio outcomes, reflected in a 12.6% five-year CAGR.

This year, the focus is on continuing to strengthen what CamSIF does best — a structured, research-driven investment process. We’ve introduced new functions within the fund, including Specialist and Risk teams, to ensure that ideas are not only well-developed, but properly challenged before reaching the final stage.
